About me
Hello Everybody, I am Nathanaël and I am 21 years old. And since my childhood I always wanted to work in the video game industry.
When I was 14, I discovered this universe thanks to an Internship in a Game Design school in Lyon. I mostly discovered the narrative part of a game but also some board games which are a strong base of Game Design.
A few years passed and when I was 17 years old, I made some interview for other school in Paris (because I moved in Paris), I received some yes and some no. So, I had some opportunities in Paris but the school I really wanted was the one in Lyon. So, I came back in Lyon to try my chance and after an interview I had it.
I was motivated more than ever, I studied more than never. I even succeed to pass my overall average from 10.4 to 13.4 and receive all the encouragement from my teachers. After I had my bachelor’s degree I moved to Lyon and start 4 years of hard work.
At the beginning I wanted to be a Game Designer because I liked the difficulty to be understanding by everyone but also the difficulty to start from nothing. But I quickly had been introduce to the Level Design thanks to Sebastien Chaudet who worked on AC 3 and 4, Dishonored 2 and now he is the Lead Level Designer at Gearbox. He gives me some good arguments to go in this way. Furthermore, I really like the liberty you had although being aware you must respect the feature, mechanic, and intention of the game.
New project
I'm currently working on a map for Dead by Daylight, to give more diversity on my website.
PS: It is made on Unreal Engine 5
Last project
I have just finished my MW2019 map. I wanted to comeback on my personnal project with something that I really enjoy, some FPS game. And the last one, that I really into it was MW2019.
